Cancel Eurostar

On this page you can submit a request to cancel Eurostar tickets that you booked together with your European Sleeper night train. This is possible up to 8 days before the original Eurostar departure date (at the time of purchase). (Tickets that were rebooked to a new, later departure date less than 7 days before the original departure date cannot be cancelled.)

For cancellations, Choo-Choo applies Eurostar's own conditions; however, we need at least 24 hours to process your request. That is why the tickets you booked through Choo-Choo, together with your European Sleeper night train, can be cancelled up to 8 days before the original Eurostar departure date, instead of the 7 days Eurostar itself applies.

Eurostar's cancellation fee is €/£ 25 per person for each leg and €/£ 50 per person for a return journey. If you fill in your details below, we will automatically refund the price of the ticket to your bank account, minus these fees. Choo-Choo charges no further costs for this. Please note that it may take some time before the amount reaches your account.
