Cancel Eurostar
For tickets with the Eurostar Premier fare.
On this page you can submit a request to cancel Eurostar tickets with the Premier fare that you booked together with your European Sleeper night train. With a Premier ticket you can cancel up to 24 hours after the original Eurostar departure time.
Eurostar allows Premier tickets to be cancelled up to 48 hours after the original departure time. Because we still need to process your request, we need at least 24 hours; that is why Premier tickets booked through Choo-Choo can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the original departure time.
There are no cancellation fees for Premier tickets. If you fill in your details below, we will automatically refund the full purchase amount to your account. Please note that it may take some time before the amount reaches your account.
